目的探讨中国士兵人格问卷的综合分数,及其对分裂型人格倾向的预测性,提高测验的应用性.方法使用中国士兵人格问卷对222名精神分裂症患者与461名正常对照进行测试.将其中140名精神分裂症患者与290名正常对照,用于综合分数(Combined Score, CS)的提取和计算,另外82名精神分裂症患者与171名正常对照,用于综合分数分裂型人格倾向预测性的验证.结果应用主成分分析得到综合分数(CS)计算方程,确定综合分数CS的划界分数为150.应用综合分数预测分裂型人格倾向人格,与原有划界方法相比,尽管预测淘汰符合率在同一水平,损失率略有增大,但预测合格符合率(85.28%)、淘汰率(70.73%)和总预测合格符合率(77.87%)均明显高于原有划界标准(76.38%、42.68%、73.91%).结论综合分数能较好地从正常人群中鉴别出具有分裂型人格倾向者,优于原有划界标准.

Objective To explored the combined score (CS) of Chinese soldier personality questionnaire (CSPQ),which can better predict the schizotypal personality proneness than the primary method,and improved the capability of CSPQ. Methods 222 schizophrenics and 461 candidates were tested by CSPQ, among which 140 schizophrenics and 290 candidates were used to compute the combined score;and the rest subjects were used to validate the CS. Results By principal components analysis, the equation of CS was developed. And the cut-off point of CS was defined as 150. The predictive eligibility accordance ratio(85.28%),correct elimination ratio(70.73%) and the total predictive accordance ratio(77.87%) was higher than that of the primary criterion (76.38%,42.68%,73.91%),although the predictive elimination accordance ratio were the same and losing ratio was higher.Conclusion The combined score (CS) is a better criterion to discriminate schizotypal personality proneness from commons comparing to the primary method.
