本文对32例病理确诊的神经母细胞瘤进行回顾性研究,对所有病理标本重新进行组织学分型,同时进行NSE及s-100蛋白免疫组化染色,并利用全自动图象分析仪对其中28例进行了瘤细胞DNA定量测定及倍体分析.结果表明:NSE及s-100蛋白免疫组化染色可反映神经母细胞瘤分化程度,s-100蛋白阳性细胞的出现是该肿瘤分化成熟及预后良好的表现,DNA异倍体是预后良好的可靠标志.

Thirty-two children with neuroblastoma (Nb) confirmed by pathological examination were studied retrospectively with Avidin-Biotin's Peroxidase Complex (ABC) method and IBAS-2000 Automatic Image Analysis System (Germany). All the specimens were prepared with neurospecific enolase (NSE) stain and S-100 protein im-munohistochemistry stain. Twenty-eight of them were analysed for DNA content with image analysis system (IAT). According to Joshi's criteria, the specimens were divided into undifferentiated, poorly differentiated and differentated types. Both NSE and S-100 protein stain were weakly postive in undif ferentiated Nb but strongly positive in differentiated Nb. Among the 28 cases of Nb, diploid in 16 (57. 1%), and aneuploid in 12 (42.8%) with a DNA index from 0. 98 to 2. 14 at random. This study suggest that: 1. NES and S-100 protein immunohis-tochemical staining might be useful in evaluating the degree of Nb cell maturation. The presence of S-100 protein positive cells indicates a better prognosis; 2. DNA ploidy analysed by image analysis system might accurately reflect the biological behavior of Nb, and DNA aneuploidy might be an unfavorable outcome.
