目的 探讨宫颈妊娠患者术前介入化疗栓塞的临床疗效.方法 在我院就诊的3例宫颈妊娠患者清宫术前行双侧子宫动脉化疗栓塞术,3天后行清宫术.结果 3例宫颈妊娠患者分别经1次、2次、1次介入栓塞后行清宫术,无一例大出血致休克或切除子宫.结论 宫颈妊娠行子宫动脉化疗栓塞可有效防止清宫术中大出血,应是宫颈妊娠患者清宫术前必要的治疗手段.

목적 탐토궁경임신환자술전개입화료전새적림상료효.방법 재아원취진적3례궁경임신환자청궁술전행쌍측자궁동맥화료전새술,3천후행청궁술.결과 3례궁경임신환자분별경1차、2차、1차개입전새후행청궁술,무일례대출혈치휴극혹절제자궁.결론 궁경임신행자궁동맥화료전새가유효방지청궁술중대출혈,응시궁경임신환자청궁술전필요적치료수단.
Objective To assess the clinical effectiveness of selective uterine artery chemoembolization in the treatment of cervical pregnancy before uterine curettage. Methods Three patients with cervical pregnancy were studied. They were underwent bilateral selective uterine artery embolization (BUAE) and subsequent uterine curettage after 3 days. Results Three paients with cervical pregnancy had received 1 time, 2 times, 1 time of chemoembolization before the operation of uterine curettage were carried out. All of them avoided heavy vaginal bleeding,shock, hysterectomy. Conclusions Bilateral uterine artery chemoembolization is very important and necessary before uterine curettage. It is an efficient treatment for controlling heavy vaginal bleeding in cervical pregnancy.
