In this article the physical mechanism of laser breeding is discussed by means of the electron-conformation interaction theory and with the infinite-depth potential well model. And the theoretic results tally well with experimental results. It is founded that the laser field can excitated enzyme' s activity, boost the process of enzymatic reaction and increase the soybean output notably. Good economic benefit could be achieved.
