Lately borned financial crisis brings opportunities to construction enterprises and meanwhile challenges and risks. It is an urgent problem to every construction enterprise on how to seize the opportunities and get rid of risks. The author, on the basis of his experiences and lessons obtained from engineering bidding and quoting practices these years, analyses potential risks of project quotations, and puts forward risk-prediction&decision-making methods such as score-only comparison method, weighted mark comparison method and decisiontree comparison method, which have certain reference value to project quotations.
