课程体系设置的不合理,是我国高校本科地理教育发展的瓶颈.该文主要对中美高校地理专业的课程分类、课程设置、专业选择和选课、授课方式进行比较分析,得出两国课程的异同,由此提出对我国高校地理课程体系设置的建议.

Curriculum arrangement is a bottleneck of geography education development in Chinese higher education. This article mainly comparative analyzed the curriculums arrangement of the geography department of Sino-US Universities, obtained the simi-larities and differences of the two countries'geography curriculum arrangement and proposed the suggestion about Chinese uni-versities'geography curriculum.
