The design method of measurement and control system of static-dynamic friction torque of helm drive mechanism is illustrated. The hiberarchy and procedure of system, and the design method of its main modules are provided. PC software is made up on . NET platform. Its hardware is composed based on IPC and ACR1505 motion control card, which accurately reflects the characteristics of static-dynamic friction torque of drive mechanism on specified displacement. The system with good accuracy and a higher level of automation and control has been put into use at a research institute.
