采用喷雾干燥法制备丙烯酸酯可再分散乳胶粉.探讨了干燥温度对丙烯酸酯可再分散乳胶粉性能的影响.结果表明:干燥温度对丙烯酸酯可再分散乳胶粉的外观、粒径、含水率、再分散及成膜性能有较大影响;干燥温度升高,乳胶粉含水率降低;过高温度(160℃)和过低温度(100℃)会使乳胶粒子在干燥过程中形成粒径较大的聚合物颗粒,导致乳胶粉滤渣含量增加,再分散性及成膜性能变差,致密性降低,吸水率提高.
採用噴霧榦燥法製備丙烯痠酯可再分散乳膠粉.探討瞭榦燥溫度對丙烯痠酯可再分散乳膠粉性能的影響.結果錶明:榦燥溫度對丙烯痠酯可再分散乳膠粉的外觀、粒徑、含水率、再分散及成膜性能有較大影響;榦燥溫度升高,乳膠粉含水率降低;過高溫度(160℃)和過低溫度(100℃)會使乳膠粒子在榦燥過程中形成粒徑較大的聚閤物顆粒,導緻乳膠粉濾渣含量增加,再分散性及成膜性能變差,緻密性降低,吸水率提高.

Acrylate re-dispersible latex powders were prepared by spray drying.The influence of drying temperature on the performance of acrylate re-dispersible latex powders was investigated.It has been shown that the drying temperature has great influence on the appearance,particle size,water content,re-dispersibility and film forming ability.As the temperature increases,the water content of the latex pow-ders was decreased.If the temperature is too high(160℃)or too low(100℃),the polymer particle formed will be bigger that will result in the increase of filter residue content and water absorption and the reduction of re-dispersibility,film forming ability and compactness.
