通过AC测定、X~2检验、Pearson相关检验和Spearman秩相关检验多种指标,分别测定广西木论国家自然保护区9个乔木优势种群在6种不同尺度取样面积下的种间联结性和相关性.结果表明:在中亚热带石灰岩常绿落叶阔叶混交林内,种间联结性测定的取样面积以64-100 m~2为宜,而在9×9 m~2取样中最能体现优势种群的种问联结性及整个群落的特征;9种优势种组成的36对种对中,有15对存在显著或极显著关联,其中正关联12对,占所有显著或极显著关联对数的80%,占所有种对数的33.33%;负关联3对,占所有关联对数的20%,占所有种对数的8.33%.
通過AC測定、X~2檢驗、Pearson相關檢驗和Spearman秩相關檢驗多種指標,分彆測定廣西木論國傢自然保護區9箇喬木優勢種群在6種不同呎度取樣麵積下的種間聯結性和相關性.結果錶明:在中亞熱帶石灰巖常綠落葉闊葉混交林內,種間聯結性測定的取樣麵積以64-100 m~2為宜,而在9×9 m~2取樣中最能體現優勢種群的種問聯結性及整箇群落的特徵;9種優勢種組成的36對種對中,有15對存在顯著或極顯著關聯,其中正關聯12對,佔所有顯著或極顯著關聯對數的80%,佔所有種對數的33.33%;負關聯3對,佔所有關聯對數的20%,佔所有種對數的8.33%.

A series of parameters including interspecific association coefficient(AC),X~2-test,Pearson's and Spearman's correlation were used to study the interspecific association with different sizes of dominant species in an evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest of karst area.Based on the 2 x 2 contingency table and species abundance data,the effects of different size on these parameters were examined.The major results are,The better quadrates of interspecific association is 64 m~2-100 m~2 in karst evergreen and deciduous broadleared mixed forest at the mid-subtropics.but the quadrates of 9×9 m~2 could exactly display the character of connection between dominant populations and the whole community.There were 36 species-pairs,which were composed by 9 dominant species and checked by X~2-test.Among these;the inter-species associations of 1 5 species-pairs were significant or the species-pairs with a significant correlation.While 3 species-pairs showed a significant negative correlation,accounting for 8.33%ofall species-pairs and 20%ofthe species-pairs with a significant correlation.
