目的 综述关于微重力引起航天员骨质疏松的研究进展. 资料来源与选择 国内外该领域相关文献. 资料引用 公开发表的相关文献48篇. 资料综合 详细介绍了微重力对骨髓间充质干细胞成骨向分化的影响和微重力对成骨细胞的影响;总结了微重力对骨细胞及破骨细胞影响的最新进展. 结论 微重力不但影响骨组织细胞的形态、增殖、凋亡,也影响其分化和功能等方面,导致骨形成减少,骨吸收增加,引起骨丢失.

Objective To sum up the researches on osteoporosis induced by microgravity Literature resources and selection The related articles published at home and abroad. Literature quotation Forty-eight references were cited. Literature synthesis The effects of microgravity on osteoblast and the differentiation process from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) to mature osteoblast were introduced in details.In addition,researches on the effects of microgravity on osteocyte and osteoclast were summarized. Conclusion Microgravity affects the morphology,proliferation,apoplosis,differentiation and functions of bone cells,which results in the decrease of bone formation and increase of bone resorption,and induces bone loss.
