语言既有生物属性，又有文化属性，一种语言表达的内容可以相当确切地译入另一种语言。虽两种文化之间由于文化差异造成了交际的障碍，但在差异的基础上译者总是可以找到能为读者接受的文化对等的翻译方法。

This paper approaches translatability from the perspective that language is both a biological and a cultural phenomenon and presents several skills that could be used in the translation of those culture-bound words and expressions.
