[目的]研究细胞内可溶性物质浓度、活性氧自由基清除能力对东乡野生稻耐寒性的生理影响.[方法]以东乡野生稻为材料,同时以2种普通栽培稻协青早B和农大288为对照,对比检测它们在各个生长时期叶片中的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性、CAT活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量.[结果]在各个生长时期东乡野生稻叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸含量均维持在较高的浓度;过氧化物酶也保持较高的活性;叶片组织中丙二醛含量波动不大,较对照水稻品种高.[结论]该研究为进一步探讨东乡野生稻耐寒生理的分子机理奠定了基础.

[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of soluble substance concentration in cell and the scavenging activity of active oxygen radicals on the cold-tolerance physiology of Dongxiang wild rice. [Method]Using Dongxiang wild rice as materials, two species of common cultivated rice Xieqingzao B and Nongda 288 were used as control to detect and compare the content of soluble sugar, free proline and soluble protein, POD activity, CAT activity, MDA content in the leaves in different growth periods.[Result]The contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar, free proline in the leaves of Dongxiang wild rice were higher in the whole growth periods. POD activity maintained at high level. The content of MDA in the leaf tissues in Dongxiang wild rice was had no great fluctuation and it was relative higher than that in control rice varieties. [Conclusion]This study laid the foundation for further insight into the physiological mechanism of the cold-tolerance of Dongxiang wild rice.
