目的探讨盆腔炎性疾病综合治疗的临床疗效.方法将门诊100例盆腔炎性疾病患者随机分为试验组60例和对照组40例,试验组用广谱抗生素口服结合康妇消炎栓直肠给药加腹部微波治疗,对照组单用广谱抗生素治疗.结果试验组的临床有效率为80.0％,对照组为60.0％,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论综合治疗盆腔炎性疾病效果较好.
목적 탐토분강염성질병종합치료적림상료효.방법 장문진100례분강염성질병환자수궤분위시험조60례화대조조40례,시험조용엄보항생소구복결합강부소염전직장급약가복부미파치료,대조조단용엄보항생소치료.결과 시험조적림상유효솔위80.0％,대조조위60.0％,량조비교차이유현저성(P＜0.05).결론 종합치료분강염성질병효과교호.
Objective To explore the clinical effect comprehensive treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).Methods 100 patients with PID were divided into test group(60 cases)and control group(40 cases).The patients in test group were treated with broad spectrum antibiotics,per rectum with Kangfu xiaoyan shuan,and microwave therapy,while the patients in control group were treated with broad spectrum antibiotics only.Results The clinically effective rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment has good effect on PID.
