NADPH氧化酶是机体活性氧自由基(ROS)的重要产生来源,至今已发现7个相关的亚型而统称为NOX/DUOX蛋白家族,各亚型结构和功能相似,具有组织分布特异性.ROS具有破坏病原微生物及作为细胞内信号转导第二信使等重要生理功能,与脓毒症诱发的急性肺损伤、机械通气后继发的呼吸机相关性肺损伤等密切相关.对NADPH氧化酶产生ROS的过程进行调控可能是防治急性肺损伤的途径之一.本文根据最新研究进展,对NADPH氧化酶与急性肺损伤的相关性进行综述.

The NADPH oxidase family composed of seven homologs,NOX1-5 and DUOX1/2,has emerged as an important source of reactive oxygen species (ROS).These members have distinct features in tissue distribution,expression regulation,and physiological functions.NOX-derived ROS exert bactericidal activities by oxidizing infected microorganisms,and also have been documented as intrinsic signaling molecules.Future studies will provide new insights into the role of NADPH oxidase family in the prevention of lung diseases.Here we review current understanding about NADPH oxidase family in normal lung physiology and their pathophysiologic roles in acute lung injury.
