将低能离子束注入冬春性小麦杂交组合的种子中,经田间播种后,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对苗期叶片及乳熟期种子进行同工酶分析.结果表明,经低能离子束处理的小麦叶片及乳熟期的种子中过氧化物酶同工酶带数增加,酯酶同工酶的酶带及活性也发生相应变化.
將低能離子束註入鼕春性小麥雜交組閤的種子中,經田間播種後,採用聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳對苗期葉片及乳熟期種子進行同工酶分析.結果錶明,經低能離子束處理的小麥葉片及乳熟期的種子中過氧化物酶同工酶帶數增加,酯酶同工酶的酶帶及活性也髮生相應變化.

After low energy ion implantation on seeds of cross combinations between winter and spring wheat,seeds were sown in field and the isoenzymes of seedling leaves and unripe seeds were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the number of peroxidase isozyme increased,and the number and activity of esterase isozyme also changed accordingly.
