利用高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统控制灵活的特点,对共轨压力与缩口燃烧室气流运动特性匹配时对发动机性能的影响进行了试验研究.借助三维数值仿真软件FIRE的仿真结果,以燃烧室内速度场、浓度场和温度场分布情况为对象从微观上对试验结果进行了分析,研究不同工况下燃烧室内气流特性与共轨压力的最佳匹配方案.结果表明:对缩口燃烧室内一定的气流特性,通过优化匹配共轨压力可以有效地控制混合气形成和燃烧过程,改善燃油经济性幅度可达22%,同时可降低NO_x和烟度排放.

Taking advantage of the flexibility of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system in control, the effect of matching between reentrant chamber airflow characteristics and common rail pressure on engine performance was investigated. The microcosmic velocity field distribution, equivalence ratio distribution and temperature field distribution in the cylinder were simulated by using multi-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code FIRE,the optimal common rail pressure which can match well the airflow characteristics in the reentrant chamber under various operating conditions was found out based on the simulated results performed the test data analysis. Results show that it is feasible to govern effectively the fuel-air mixture formation and the combustion process by the control of rail pressure, the brake specific fuel consumption can decrease by 22%, the NO_x and smoke emission reduce simultaneously.
