对伊金霍洛旗气象站1970—2009年气温、相对湿度、风向频率、风速、降水量、地面温度、日照时数逐月及年的观测资料进行了统计,分析了近40a7个要素的年际变化和突变特征,为气象站的迁站资料评估提供参考依据。结果显示,该站近40a平均气温和平均地面温度显著升高,平均风速明显减小,3个要素都有明显的突变特征。分析认为,这种变化特征除与区域气候变化的响应有关外,可能与该地城镇的发展及测站周边逐步出现较高建筑物的影响有关。

The annual changes and mutation features of air temperature,relative humidity,wind frequency,wind speed,precipitation,surface temperature and sunshine hours in the last 40 years were analyzed via analyzing the observation data of the seven meteorological elements of Yijinhuoluo in 1970-2009.The results showed that the average air temperature and the average surface temperature increased significantly and the average wind speed decreased notably.These three elements had outstanding mutation features.Analysis showed that in addition to regional climate change,these mutation features were related to the development of Yijinhuoluo and the emergence of high building around the station.
