福建是南派武功的主要发祥地，在辉煌与壮烈的历史长河中不断丰富和发展，形成了独具风格，特点突出，内容丰富、功法全面、实战性强的一大拳系．通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、个人体验法、比较分析法对福建福州鹤拳、厦门五祖拳、永春白鹤拳3个拳种的“三战”为研究对象，旨在揭示三地南拳三战的特点，为南拳更好的发展提供建议与参考．
