目的 探讨高分子量角蛋白(34 β E12),CK19及TPO联合检测在甲状腺乳头状癌及甲状腺良性乳头状增生诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值和意义.方法 应用免疫组化方法检测38例甲状腺乳头状癌及15例结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状增生、15例滤泡性腺瘤伴乳头状增生病变中高分子量角蛋白(34 β E12)、CK19及TP0表达情况.结果 34 β E12、CK19及TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌和甲状腺良性乳头状增生(结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状增生及滤泡性腺瘤伴乳头状增生)中的阳性率分别为89.5%与3.3%(P<0.01),84.2%与16.7%(P<0.01),10.5%与96.7%(P<0.01).结论 34 β E12,CK19及TPO联合检测有助于甲状腺乳头状癌与甲状腺良性乳头状增生的诊断与鉴别诊断.
目的 探討高分子量角蛋白(34 β E12),CK19及TPO聯閤檢測在甲狀腺乳頭狀癌及甲狀腺良性乳頭狀增生診斷及鑒彆診斷中的應用價值和意義.方法 應用免疫組化方法檢測38例甲狀腺乳頭狀癌及15例結節性甲狀腺腫伴乳頭狀增生、15例濾泡性腺瘤伴乳頭狀增生病變中高分子量角蛋白(34 β E12)、CK19及TP0錶達情況.結果 34 β E12、CK19及TPO在甲狀腺乳頭狀癌和甲狀腺良性乳頭狀增生(結節性甲狀腺腫伴乳頭狀增生及濾泡性腺瘤伴乳頭狀增生)中的暘性率分彆為89.5%與3.3%(P<0.01),84.2%與16.7%(P<0.01),10.5%與96.7%(P<0.01).結論 34 β E12,CK19及TPO聯閤檢測有助于甲狀腺乳頭狀癌與甲狀腺良性乳頭狀增生的診斷與鑒彆診斷.

Abstract To study the application value and significance of 34E12,cytokeratin 19 (CK19)and thyroper oxidase(TP0) in the differential diagnosis between papillary thyroid carcinomas and benign thyroid papillary hyperplasia.Methods The expression of 34 β E12,CK19 and TPO protein in 38 cases of papillary thyroid carcinomas,15 cases of thyroid nodular goiter with papillary hyperplasia and 15 cases of adenomas with papillary hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results The positive rats of 34 β E12,CK19 and TP0 in papillary thyroid carcinomas and hyperplasia disease of thyroid were 89.5% and 3.3% (P< 0.01); 84.2% and 16.7% (P< 0.01); 10.5% and 96.7% (P< 0.01).Conclusion 34 β E12, CK19 and TP0 expressions are useful in differential diagnosis for papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign papillary thyroid hyperplasia.
