研究发现肽基精氨酸脱亚胺酶4(PADI4)在多种恶性肿瘤组织中特异性高表达,并可将组蛋白、细胞角质蛋白、抗凝血酶、细胞纤维连接蛋白等多种蛋白质瓜氨酸化,进而导致病变组织细胞凋亡异常和恶性增殖,进而可能参与肿瘤的病变过程.
研究髮現肽基精氨痠脫亞胺酶4(PADI4)在多種噁性腫瘤組織中特異性高錶達,併可將組蛋白、細胞角質蛋白、抗凝血酶、細胞纖維連接蛋白等多種蛋白質瓜氨痠化,進而導緻病變組織細胞凋亡異常和噁性增殖,進而可能參與腫瘤的病變過程.
연구발현태기정안산탈아알매4(PADI4)재다충악성종류조직중특이성고표체,병가장조단백、세포각질단백、항응혈매、세포섬유련접단백등다충단백질과안산화,진이도치병변조직세포조망이상화악성증식,진이가능삼여종류적병변과정.
Studies demonstrate specific and high expression of peptidylarginine deiminase type 4 (PADI4) in various malignant tumor tissues. PADI4 can citrullinate antithrombin, cytokeratin, histones,fibronectin and other proteins, resulting in abnormal apoptosis and disordered cell proliferation. These results suggest that PADI4 may play an important role in tumorigenesis.
