针对移相全桥软开关变换器存在的滞后臂难以实现零电压开关(ZVS)和占空比丢失的问题,提出了一种新型的全桥移相零电压变换器拓扑,采用3个等效的高频变压器替代传统的高频变压器,将阻断电容分成2个等效电容串联在桥臂中点之间,增加1个辅助电感实现滞后臂的ZVS.论述了所提出变换器的电路结构、工作原理和关键参数的设计.根据新的拓扑,设计了一台9 kW的实验样机,实验结果证明了该电路拓扑能在宽的负载或输出范围内实现软开关.
針對移相全橋軟開關變換器存在的滯後臂難以實現零電壓開關(ZVS)和佔空比丟失的問題,提齣瞭一種新型的全橋移相零電壓變換器拓撲,採用3箇等效的高頻變壓器替代傳統的高頻變壓器,將阻斷電容分成2箇等效電容串聯在橋臂中點之間,增加1箇輔助電感實現滯後臂的ZVS.論述瞭所提齣變換器的電路結構、工作原理和關鍵參數的設計.根據新的拓撲,設計瞭一檯9 kW的實驗樣機,實驗結果證明瞭該電路拓撲能在寬的負載或輸齣範圍內實現軟開關.

Aiming at the difficulty of ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching)for the lagging leg of phase-shifted full bridge software converter and the duty cycle lost,a novel topology of full-bridge phase-shifted zero-voltage converter is proposed,which adopts three equivalent transformers instead of the conventional high frequency transformer,divides the blocking capacitor into two equivalent capacitors in series between the midpoints of bridge legs,and adds an auxiliary inductor to realize the ZVS of lagging leg.The structure,operating principle and key parameter design of converter are explained.A 9 kW prototype is designed and the experimental results show that,the soft-switching is realized in a wider range of output or load.
