目的 研究人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠视神经损伤的影响。方法 制作大鼠视神经损伤模型,设置实验组和对照组,腹腔注射人参皂苷Rg1,10 mg/kg,连续注射20 d,取视神经损伤眼和对照眼球及球后视神经,HE染色、SABC法免疫组织化学染色:Bc1-2、Neurocan表达情况。结果 HE染色显示健康大鼠视神经组织细胞和视神经损伤组形态学有差异。免疫化学提示视神经损伤后神经细胞凋亡明显增多,人参皂苷Rg1腹腔注射能够明显改善细胞凋亡情况。视神经损伤后神经纤维蛋白表达明显增多,可能部分与其改善细胞凋亡情况有关,但机制尚不清楚。结论 人参皂苷Rg1对大鼠视神经损有保护作用。

목적 연구인삼조감Rg1대대서시신경손상적영향。방법 제작대서시신경손상모형,설치실험조화대조조,복강주사인삼조감Rg1,10 mg/kg,련속주사20 d,취시신경손상안화대조안구급구후시신경,HE염색、SABC법면역조직화학염색:Bc1-2、Neurocan표체정황。결과 HE염색현시건강대서시신경조직세포화시신경손상조형태학유차이。면역화학제시시신경손상후신경세포조망명현증다,인삼조감Rg1복강주사능구명현개선세포조망정황。시신경손상후신경섬유단백표체명현증다,가능부분여기개선세포조망정황유관,단궤제상불청초。결론 인삼조감Rg1대대서시신경손유보호작용。
Objective To study the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on the pathological changes of rat optic nerve injury. Methods The model of rat optic nerve injury was established, the rats were divided into the experimental group and control group,intraperitonealiy injected ginsenosides Rgl (10mg/kg) to experimental group of rats for 20days ,meanwhile intraperitonealiy injected the same volume of saline to the control group,took eyeball and optic nerve from the optic nerve injury eye and the normal eye in both groups ,HE staining,SABC immunohistochemical staining of Bcl-2, neurocan were analyzed. Results HE staining results showed the morphological difference on optic nerve cells from control group and the optic nerve injury group. Immunohistochemistry showed the neuronal cell apoptosis was significantly increased after optic nerve injury. The intraperitoneal injection of ginsenoside Rg1 could significantly improve the situation of cell apoptosis. The significant increment of fiber protein may be partly related to the improvement of cell apoptosis, but the principle was not clear. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg1 had protective effect on rat optic nerve injury.
