目的　探讨自动粘骨加压器治疗四肢长骨骨不连疗效。方法　采用自动粘骨加压器植骨治疗四肢长骨骨不连30例，并同时治疗粉碎性骨折30例作对照。结果　随访5个月～4年，骨不连组：5～7周愈合9例，占30%；8～11周愈合12例，占40%；12～14周愈合9例，占30%。骨折组：5～7周愈合7例，占23%；8～11周愈合12例，占40%；12～14周愈合11例，占37%。两组均无肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬等并发症发生。两组疗效差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论　自动粘骨加压器并植骨治疗四肢长骨骨不连的疗效肯定。
목적　탐토자동점골가압기치료사지장골골불련료효。방법　채용자동점골가압기식골치료사지장골골불련30례，병동시치료분쇄성골절30례작대조。결과　수방5개월～4년，골불련조：5～7주유합9례，점30%；8～11주유합12례，점40%；12～14주유합9례，점30%。골절조：5～7주유합7례，점23%；8～11주유합12례，점40%；12～14주유합11례，점37%。량조균무기육위축、관절강경등병발증발생。량조료효차이무현저성（P>0.05）。결론　자동점골가압기병식골치료사지장골골불련적료효긍정。
Objective　To investigate effect of automatic compressive device on the treatment of long-bone nonunion in the limbs. Methods　30 cases of long-bone nonunion and 30 cases of long-bone fraction of the limbs were treated with automatic compressive device. Re sults　The patients were followed up for 5 months to 4 years. In group of bone nonunion, 9 cases were cured in 5 to 7 weeks，up to 30%; 12 cases were cured in 8 to 11 weeks,up to 40% and 9 cases were cured in 12 to 14 weeks, up to 30%. In group of fracture:7 cases were cured in 5 to 7 weeks, up to 23%; 12 cases were cured in 8 to 11 weeks, up to 40%; 11 cases w ere cured in 12 to 14 weeks, up to 37%. There were no such complications as muscular atrophy and join stiff. There is no statistic difference in curative effect in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion　The automatic pressurize device is an effective tool in the treatment of limbs long-bone-nonunion.
