The design procedure of super highrise buildings is different with that of normal buildings. It depends not only on the ideas of architects, but also greatly on the possibility and applicability of structural system. During the scheme design of the 88 stories building of certain Plaza, the architects and the structure engineers cooperated closely, conditioning and influencing each other. Finally, an ideal scheme which is structural applicable and reflects the architectures intends was worked out. The cooperation procedure between architects and structure engineers gives some inpiration on the necessary and reasonable design program of super highrise building.
