为减小低通滤波器(LPF)体积,提出并实现了一种基于四维数据可视化技术来设计两级LC直流滤波器的方法.从大幅减小输出纹波电压入手,对滤波器参数进行了优化设计,并对电容的选择方法和电感的设计与测试方法进行了论述,结果证明滤波器瞬态峰值得到了很好的抑制.在获得与单LC滤波器相近的滤波效果下,大幅减小了体积.该方法更直观,其仿真、实验波形等可作为设计其它无源滤波器参考.

In order to reduce the volume of low-pass filter,a method for designing two-stage LC DC-filters based on 4D-visualization technology is brought forward and realized.Beginning with reducing the main output ripple-voltage significantly,the filter parameters designe are optimizated to reduce the volume of passive low-pass filter.The choice of capacitors and the design methods of inductors are also discussed.The test results verify that the resonance peak of filter is restrained greatly.The filter's volume is reduced significantly comparing with single-LC filter in the considerable filtering effect.This method is easy and intuitive.Moreover,the simulation and experimental waveforms have been helpful to other passive filters design on passive filters.
