纯电动汽车技术将在未来的节能减排中发挥巨大作用.在智能电网实时电价的条件下,充分考虑了电动出租车的充电特性,提出一种最小化纯电动出租车车主充电成本的调度方案,即计算每个时槽的价格阈值;并在每个时槽开始时将给定的实际电价与相应的阈值比较,当阈值大于实际电价则发生充电行为.仿真结果表明,本文提出的调度方案能有效降低车主的充电成本.

PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) is a promising technique to save energy in the near future.The authors in this paper consider the time-varying electricity price and the charging behavior of future PHEV taxies,and then propose an optimal charging schedule to minimize the charging cost of PHEV taxies.The proposed schedule computes a threshold for each time slot and the PHEV taxi charges when the actual price is lower than the corresponding threshold.Simulations show that the proposed schedule can significantly reduce the charging cost.
