目的 探讨综合康复护理治疗对肝豆状核变性伴吞咽困难患者的作用.方法 87例肝豆状核变性伴吞咽困难患者,根据吞咽能力分为综合护理组与一般护理组,比较综合护理组与一般护理组吞咽功能的改善情况.结果 综合护理组患者吞咽功能的改善情况优于一般护理组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合康复护理治疗有益于肝豆状核变性伴吞咽困难患者吞咽功能的改善,提高患者生活质量.
目的 探討綜閤康複護理治療對肝豆狀覈變性伴吞嚥睏難患者的作用.方法 87例肝豆狀覈變性伴吞嚥睏難患者,根據吞嚥能力分為綜閤護理組與一般護理組,比較綜閤護理組與一般護理組吞嚥功能的改善情況.結果 綜閤護理組患者吞嚥功能的改善情況優于一般護理組,差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05).結論 綜閤康複護理治療有益于肝豆狀覈變性伴吞嚥睏難患者吞嚥功能的改善,提高患者生活質量.

Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing on hepatolenticular degeneration patients with dysphagia. Methods A total of 87 patients with hepatolenticular degeneration complicated by dysphagia were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to patients' swallowing capacity. The intervention group performed integrated nursing measures and the control group conducted routine nursing measures. Patients' swallowing capacity was compared between two groups. Results There was a significant difference in improvement of swallowing function between two groups. Conclusions Integrated nursing measures can benefit swallowing function and improve quality of life for patients with hepatolenticular degeneration complicated by dysphagia.
