目的:探讨乳腺癌术后护理的临床效果.方法:对31例患者进行术后护理和患肢功能锻炼指导.结果:本组31例患者均恢复了工作和生活能力.结论:乳腺癌根治术后,应加强心理护理、病情观察、管道护理及患侧肢体功能锻炼和并发症的防治,可以提高患者的生存质量.

목적:탐토유선암술후호리적림상효과.방법:대31례환자진행술후호리화환지공능단련지도.결과:본조31례환자균회복료공작화생활능력.결론:유선암근치술후,응가강심리호리、병정관찰、관도호리급환측지체공능단련화병발증적방치,가이제고환자적생존질량.
Objective:To approach mammary cancer postoperative care. Methods:31 patients were cared afer operation and guided about affected limb function exercise. Results:Through nursing, guidance and patients cooperation,31 patients all recovered job and liv-ing ability. Conclusion:After mammary cancer radical operation,doctors should enhance mental nursing, patient's condition observation, tubing nursing, affected limb ftmction exercise and complication prevention and cure for elevating quality of life.
