黄浦江原水存在上游阿特拉津农药类微污染的潜在水质风险.建立以在线生物发光菌毒性检测、便携式发光菌毒性检测及S∷CAN多参数仪联合应用的水质预警系统,对黄浦江原水和纯水配制不同浓度的阿特拉津水样并进行三种仪器的检测试验.结果表明,发光菌在纯水中对阿特拉津的毒性敏感度要高于在原水中,多参数检测仪在纯水中检测限低于在原水中的检测限,多参数检测仪和在线发光菌仪器对于黄浦江原水中阿特拉津的检测浓度级别为0.1 mg/L.
黃浦江原水存在上遊阿特拉津農藥類微汙染的潛在水質風險.建立以在線生物髮光菌毒性檢測、便攜式髮光菌毒性檢測及S∷CAN多參數儀聯閤應用的水質預警繫統,對黃浦江原水和純水配製不同濃度的阿特拉津水樣併進行三種儀器的檢測試驗.結果錶明,髮光菌在純水中對阿特拉津的毒性敏感度要高于在原水中,多參數檢測儀在純水中檢測限低于在原水中的檢測限,多參數檢測儀和在線髮光菌儀器對于黃浦江原水中阿特拉津的檢測濃度級彆為0.1 mg/L.

The upstream of Huangpu River is subjected to the atrazine micro-pollution. An early water quality warning system was constructed based on DeltaTox portable meter,Toxcontrol online meter and S∷CAN multi-parameter. The experiments were carried out by different atrzine concentrations in raw water compared with pure water. The results showed that: the Vibrio fischeri bacteria was more sensitive to atrazine in pure water than in raw water; the S∷CAN multi-parameter's detection level was lower that in pure water than in raw water; the atrazine detection level in Huangpu River was 0.1 mg/L for S∷CAN and Toxcontrol meter.
