用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱、粘度法和循环伏安法等方法研究了铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(phen)(BIP)](ClO_4)_2(phen = 1,10-邻菲咯啉;BIP = 2-(3′,4′-亚甲二氧基苯基咪唑并[4,5-f]-1,10-邻菲咯啉)]与小牛胸腺DNA (CT-DNA) 的相互作用.结果表明:配合物与DNA的作用模式为插入方式,与DNA的键合常数为1.06×10~5 L·mol~(-1).

용자외-가견흡수광보、형광광보、점도법화순배복안법등방법연구료동(Ⅱ)배합물[Cu(phen)(BIP)](ClO_4)_2(phen = 1,10-린비각람;BIP = 2-(3′,4′-아갑이양기분기미서병[4,5-f]-1,10-린비각람)]여소우흉선DNA (CT-DNA) 적상호작용.결과표명:배합물여DNA적작용모식위삽입방식,여DNA적건합상수위1.06×10~5 L·mol~(-1).
The DNA-binding properties of the complex [Cu(phen)(BIP)](ClO_4)_2 (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline;BIP = 2-(2,3-mehtylene-dioxyphenyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline) to calf-thymus DNA (CT-DNA) were investigated by different spetrophotometric methods and viscosity measurements,as well as CV (Cyclic voltammetry).The experimental results show that the mode of binding of the complex to DNA is intercalation action.And the intrinsic binding constant K_b is 1.06×10~5 L·mol~(-1).
