采用石墨电极-低压脉冲电解方法,对含油废水去油影响因素进行了单因子实验研究.结果表明:该方法对浓度为95 mg/L的含油废水中油的去除率超过75%.油去除率随电解时间、电压增加而增大,达到一定值后受油分子扩散浓度影响而增加缓慢;适宜占空比、脉冲频率即可发挥脉冲作用,消除钝化效果,又可增强电解效果;体系pH值对电解影响较大,酸性和中性电解效果好于碱性条件;适当调整电极直径、电极间距可改善电解效果.
採用石墨電極-低壓脈遲電解方法,對含油廢水去油影響因素進行瞭單因子實驗研究.結果錶明:該方法對濃度為95 mg/L的含油廢水中油的去除率超過75%.油去除率隨電解時間、電壓增加而增大,達到一定值後受油分子擴散濃度影響而增加緩慢;適宜佔空比、脈遲頻率即可髮揮脈遲作用,消除鈍化效果,又可增彊電解效果;體繫pH值對電解影響較大,痠性和中性電解效果好于堿性條件;適噹調整電極直徑、電極間距可改善電解效果.
채용석묵전겁-저압맥충전해방법,대함유폐수거유영향인소진행료단인자실험연구.결과표명:해방법대농도위95 mg/L적함유폐수중유적거제솔초과75%.유거제솔수전해시간、전압증가이증대,체도일정치후수유분자확산농도영향이증가완만;괄의점공비、맥충빈솔즉가발휘맥충작용,소제둔화효과,우가증강전해효과;체계pH치대전해영향교대,산성화중성전해효과호우감성조건;괄당조정전겁직경、전겁간거가개선전해효과.
The test of influencing factors on removal rate of oil was performed. The results showed that the removal rate for 95 mg/L oily wastewater exceeds 75%. The electrolytic effects increased with the electrolysis time prolonging and electrolysis-voltage increasing, the increase got slow at a certain value because of the concentration proliferation. The appropriate pulse frequency,duty cycle can not only eliminate effects of passive, but also enhance the effect of electrolysis. The pH values affected electrolysis greatly, acidic conditions was better than alkali. Appropriating to adjust the diameter of the electrode and the electrode spacing was benefit to enhance the electrolytic effects.
