目的:了解南京市金山医院门诊美沙酮维持治疗病人膳食营养素摄入状况,为该特殊人群的营养干预提供依据.方法:采用24 h膳食回顾法调查184例美沙酮维持治疗病人连续3 d的膳食摄入,以2001年<中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量>(Chinese DRIs)为标准进行比较评估.结果:金山医院门诊美沙酮维持治疗病人营养素摄入达到RNI或AI推荐值的人数比例很低,维持治疗者早餐能量摄入量较低.结论:金山医院门诊病人膳食摄入不合理,需加强营养健康宣教.

Objective:To investigate the dietary nutritional status of out-patients on methadone maintenance treatment(MMT) in Jinshan Hospital and provide instruction for nutrition intervention to them. Methods:The survey was performed with 3 days' 24-hour dietary recall method;the assessment of standards was carried out according to the Chinese Dietary Recommended Intakes (Chinese DRIs). Results:The nutritional status of MMT patients was far from ideal,the percentage reached RNI or AI was very low;the energy intake from breakfast was also at a low level. Conclusion:The dietary status of the outpatients on MMT is irrational;nutrition health education should be emphasized among them.
