采用高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC—DAD),快速检测分析乳制品中的三聚氰胺。实验采用SCX强阳离子交换柱(150mm×4.6mm),以0.024mol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(90:10)为流动相,柱温35℃,二极管阵列检测器在波长235nm处进行检测,整过分离过程在15min内完成。改进方法的检测结果具有较好的重现性、精密度和准确度。

The analytical rapidly method of melamine in dairy by high performance liquid chromatography with the diode array detector was studied. Melamine was separated on SCX cation exchange column(150mm × 4. 6mm), monopotassium phosphate-methanol solution which concentration was 0.024mol/L was used as the mobile phase. The temperature of column was 35℃. The detective wavelength was set as 235nm by the diode array detector, the whole separation was finished only using fifty minutes. The improved method has the advantage of good repeatability, precision and accuracy.
