旅游业转型升级是旅游要素和旅游资源由低效领域向高效领域有序转移、优化配置的过程。宁波旅游业无论是从发展阶段,还是从产业结构和旅游机制来看,都具备了旅游业转型升级的条件。发挥这些优势,推进旅游业转型升级,关键在于积极实施旅游发展理念再造、旅游发展模式再造、旅游发展形态再造和旅游发展机制再造四大转型升级战略,以实现宁波旅游业可持续发展。

The tourism industry stands at the stage of transformation and upgrading.It is a process that the tourism resources will be gradually transferred from the low efficiency to high cost efficiency and the tourist structures will be optimized.Whether we take a point of view of its tourism development stage or of its tourism industry structure and mechanism,Ningbo’s tourism has been prepared to get into transformation and upgrading.This paper proposes ＂Four Upgrading Strategies＂ in Ningbo Tourism industry,which is rebuilding the tourism developing concepts,rebuilding tourism development models,rebuilding patterns and rebuilding mechanisms.The four strategies would contribute to the sustainable development of the tourism industry.
