Maryland tobacco%Yield%Quality%Air-curing methods
[目的]探讨马里兰烟晾制方式的最佳组合.[方法]采用双因素单重复设计研究了不同晾制处理对马里兰烟晾制质量的影响.[结果]处理(11)的马里兰烟产量最高.麦庄村和万里村保温晾房晾制的马里兰烟产量分别比标准晾房晾制提高了7.7%和7.5%.处理⑧的马里兰烟产值最高.麦庄村和万里村保温晾房晾制的马里兰烟产值分别比标准晾房晾制提高了10.8%和12.5%.保温晾房晾制的中、上部烟叶的质量高于标准晾房晾制的烟叶.标准晾房晾制的上部二级烟叶的烟碱含量低于4%,保温晾房晾制的上部二级烟叶的烟碱含量为4%~5%.保温晾房晾制烟叶的总氮含量和钾含量略高于标准晾房晾制的烟叶.[结论]前期保温晾房晾制+后期两段式干筋棚晾制的晾制组合的马里兰烟产质量最佳.
[目的]探討馬裏蘭煙晾製方式的最佳組閤.[方法]採用雙因素單重複設計研究瞭不同晾製處理對馬裏蘭煙晾製質量的影響.[結果]處理(11)的馬裏蘭煙產量最高.麥莊村和萬裏村保溫晾房晾製的馬裏蘭煙產量分彆比標準晾房晾製提高瞭7.7%和7.5%.處理⑧的馬裏蘭煙產值最高.麥莊村和萬裏村保溫晾房晾製的馬裏蘭煙產值分彆比標準晾房晾製提高瞭10.8%和12.5%.保溫晾房晾製的中、上部煙葉的質量高于標準晾房晾製的煙葉.標準晾房晾製的上部二級煙葉的煙堿含量低于4%,保溫晾房晾製的上部二級煙葉的煙堿含量為4%~5%.保溫晾房晾製煙葉的總氮含量和鉀含量略高于標準晾房晾製的煙葉.[結論]前期保溫晾房晾製+後期兩段式榦觔棚晾製的晾製組閤的馬裏蘭煙產質量最佳.

[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the optimum combination of air-curing methods of Maryland tobacco. [Method] The effects of different air-curing treatments on the air-curing quality of Maryland tobacco were researched by using double-factor and single-repeat design. [Result] The yield of Maryland tobacco in Treatment (11) was highest. Compared with air-curing in standard air-curing room, the yields of Maryland tobacco treated by air-curing in insulated air-curing room in Maizhuang and Wanli villages were enhanced by 7.7% and 7.5% resp. and their yield values were enhanced by 10.8% and 12.5% resp. The yield value of Maryland tobacco in Treatment ⑧ was highest. The quality of middle and upper tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in insulated air-curing room was higher than that of tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in standard air-curing room. The nicotine content in the secondary upper tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in standard air-curing room was lower than 4% and that in the secondary upper tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in insulated air-curing room was 4%-5%. The total nitrogen and potassium contents in the tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in insulated air-curing room were a little higher than that in the tobacco leaves treated by air-curing in standard air-curing room. [Conclusion] The yield and quality of Maryland tobacco treated by air-curing combination of early air-curing in insulated air-curing room + later air-curing in two-stage stem-drying shed were best.
