引入经济学中的满意度理论,提出道路景观评价指标系统,构建公众对道路景观的质量感知、价值感知和满意度3类指标.使用主成分分析法验证所选取指标的合理性,应用结构方程建模方法(SEM)设计道路景观综合评价满意度模型.广州市某景观路景观调查问卷实践表明,构建的道路景观综合评价满意度模型可以系统、科学和定量地分析公众对道路景观的感知.

Proposed in this paper is an index system of highway landscape evaluation based on the satisfaction theory in economics, including such indexes as the quality perception, the value perception and the satisfaction of the public. The rationality of the selected indexes is verified by the principal component analysis, and a satisfaction model of highway landscape evaluation is established by means of the structural equation modeling (SEM). More-over, a landscape road in Guangzhou is selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The results show that the proposed satisfaction model helps to analyze the perception of public for highway landscape systematically, scientifically and quantitatively.
