通过显微硬度测试、拉伸实验和透射电镜观察,研究不同热处理状态(T6、T8)和微量Zn的添加对Weldalite~(TM)210Al-Li合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响.结果表明:Weldalite~(TM)210Al-Li合金具有很高的强度,在T6状态下,该合金的主要析出强化相是θ'相、δ'相和T_1相;而在T8状态下,其主要强化相是δ'相和T_1相,预变形促进T_1相的析出,提高T8状态下合金的时效强化效果;微量Zn的添加明显促进T_1相的析出和弥散分布,使合金强度提高,但Zn的加入使合金塑性略有下降.
通過顯微硬度測試、拉伸實驗和透射電鏡觀察,研究不同熱處理狀態(T6、T8)和微量Zn的添加對Weldalite~(TM)210Al-Li閤金顯微組織和拉伸性能的影響.結果錶明:Weldalite~(TM)210Al-Li閤金具有很高的彊度,在T6狀態下,該閤金的主要析齣彊化相是θ'相、δ'相和T_1相;而在T8狀態下,其主要彊化相是δ'相和T_1相,預變形促進T_1相的析齣,提高T8狀態下閤金的時效彊化效果;微量Zn的添加明顯促進T_1相的析齣和瀰散分佈,使閤金彊度提高,但Zn的加入使閤金塑性略有下降.

The effects of different aging treatments (T6 and T8) and small additions of Zn on the microstructures and the tensile properties of the Weldalite~(TM)210 alloy were studied by microhardness test, tensile test and TEM. The results indicate that the Weldalite~(TM)210 alloy has high strength. Under T6 condition, the major strengthening phases of the Weldalite~(TM)210 alloy are θ', δ' and T_1 phases. Under T8 condition, the major strengthening phases are δ' and T_1 phases. Predeformation promotes the precipitation of T_1 phase. The higher strength in T8 temper is attributed to high volume fraction of T_1 phase. The small addition of Zn promotes T_1 precipitation and their dispersive distribution, thus increases the strength of the Weldalite~(TM)210 alloy. But the small addition of Zn has unfavourable effect on the ductility of the Weldalite~(TM)210 alloy.
