以北京前门投入运营的"铛铛车"车轮为研究对象,从降低"铛铛车"在运行中产生的轮轨接触噪声的目的出发,将最优化理论运用于"铛铛车"车轮断面外形设计,建立了以车轮断面外形几何参数为设计变量、车轮结构振动辐射噪声最小为目标函数、承载强度为约束的数学模型,编制了相应的算法,得到了车轮断面外形几何参数的最优解,结果表明优化后车轮的声功率水平比原始车轮减小了30%,降低了车轮的振动噪声.

In this paper, the tram wheel put into operation recently in Beijing Qianmen Street was regarded as an object of study, and with the purpose of reducing wheel/rail contact noise emitted from tram travel, the optimization theory was introduced for optimal design of tram wheel cross-sectional shape. Geometric parameters of wheel cross-sectional shape were used as the design variables, and the minimal noises emitted from wheel structural vibration was considered as the objective function, while load strength was considered as constraint condition. Consequently, an effective algorithm was compiled, and the optimal geometric parameters of wheel cross-sectional shape were presented. The results showed that the sound power levels emitted by the optimized wheel were reduced by 30%.
