　　目的探讨产前心理护理等综合护理对高龄初产妇产后乳房胀痛的影响。方法选取2011年1月至2012年6月在我院住院分娩的高龄初产妇75例分成实验组和对照组。实验组40例，对照组35例。实验组进行产前心理护理干预，产后结合乳房按摩、热敷、哺乳等护理；对照组产前不进行心理护理干预，只进行产后乳房按摩、热敷、哺乳等护理。比较两组产后乳房胀痛的发生率和胀痛减轻的效果。结果实验组产后乳房胀痛的发生率及胀痛的程度要明显低于对照组。结论心理护理在高龄初产妇临床护理中效果明显，对高龄初产妇进行产前心理护理，可降低产后乳房胀痛的发生率，胀痛的持续时间也较短。

Objective To investigate the prenatal mental nursing and comprehensive nursing for elderly primipara postpartum breast tenderness. Methods Between January 2011 and June 2011 in our hospital childbirth elderly primipara 75 cases were divided into experimental group and control group.
