目的 探讨非骨水泥型全髋关节成形术(THA)在小于60岁国人中应用的长期结果.方法 从1998年到2001年,一项前瞻性调查58例初次THA在小于60岁患者的结果,平均随访时间为11.1年(3.3～13.3年).结果 本组患者手术前的Harris评分平均为36.9(6～62)分,在最后评估的Harris评分平均为88.3(35～100)分.采用无菌性松动为失败标准,这种非骨水泥型THA在13.3年的假体生存率为97.9%.结论 非骨水泥型THA在小于60岁患者有优良的长期结果.

목적 탐토비골수니형전관관절성형술(THA)재소우60세국인중응용적장기결과.방법 종1998년도2001년,일항전첨성조사58례초차THA재소우60세환자적결과,평균수방시간위11.1년(3.3～13.3년).결과 본조환자수술전적Harris평분평균위36.9(6～62)분,재최후평고적Harris평분평균위88.3(35～100)분.채용무균성송동위실패표준,저충비골수니형THA재13.3년적가체생존솔위97.9%.결론 비골수니형THA재소우60세환자유우량적장기결과.
Objective To investigate the long term results of cementless total hip arthroplasty (THA) in patients younger than 60 years of age. Methods A prospective review of 58 primary total hip arthroplasties between 1998 and 2001 in patients younger than 60 years was carried out. The mean follow-up time was 11.1 years (range, 3.3-13.3 years). Results The average Harris hip score improved from 36.9 (range, 6-62) pre-operatively to 88.3 (range, 35-100) at the final assessment. Using revision for aseptic loosening as the end point, the survivorship of this cementless THA was 97.9% in 13.3 years. Conclusions Cementless total hip arthroplasty had excellent long term survival rate in Chinese patients younger than 60 years of age.
