现场测试了上海市某座加油站环境周边、油罐车卸油管与地下油罐进油管接口外侧(卸油环节)、量油口(所卸地下油罐,卸油环节)以及加油过程中从加油枪与油箱口接触面缝隙等位置油气的NMHC浓度,结果表明,加油站环境周边空气中最大的油气浓度为3.40mg/m^3;卸油环节中,油罐车卸油管与地下油罐进油管接口外侧的浓度在30-80mg/m^3之间,而量油口内油气的浓度是从28.0g/m^3逐渐上升到723g/m^3,平均浓度为451g/m^3;汽车加油环节中,汽车加油过程中从加油枪与油箱口接触面缝隙排放油气浓度范围在244~537g/m^3,平均浓度为379g/m^3。实验数据可供了解加油站正常运营过程中各环节的实际油气排放情况。

We have field tested a gasoline filling station in Shanghai about the non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC) of gasoline vapor which is around the gasoline filling station, from the outside of the interface of the tanker unloading pipe and the interface of underground tank filling pipe (unloading gasoline section), from the gauge orifice(the gasoline will unloading to this underground tank, unloading gasoline section) and from the cracks of contact of the nozzle and the tank port during the filling gasoline section. The test result showed that the biggest gasoline vapor concen- tration surrounding the station is 3.40 mg/m3 ; during the unloading gasoline section, the gasoline vapor concentra- tion around the outside of the interface of the tanker unloading pipe and the interface of underground tank filling pipe interface is between 30-80 mg/m^3 ; while the gasoline vapor concentration which is from the gauge orifice is gradually increased from 28.0 g/m^3 to 723 g/m^3 , the average concentration is 451 g/m^3 ; during filling gasoline section, the concentration of gasoline vapor from the cracks of contact of the nozzle and the tank port during the filling gasoline to cars is between 244-537 g/m^3 , the average concentration is 379 g/m^3. These experimental dates are useful for understanding the actual emission in the various aspects section during the normal operation of gasoline filling stations.
