随着我国市场经济体系的逐步建立,医疗卫生体制不断完善,在新的时代背景下,面对新的时代问题,如何解决医疗卫生问题,如何加强国有医院的现代化管理,提高自身综合实力便成为卫生研究的重点.以重庆医科大学附属儿童医院为例,通过内外部环境分析,运用战略管理理论分析建立医院发展战略,并提出了战略实施支撑体系.
