目的 了解感染疾病科护士的工作压力水平、压力源及相关因素.方法 采用工作压力源量表对49名感染疾病科护士进行调查.结果 本组护士工作压力的平均水平为(72.86±20.81)分,属于重度压力水平;工资及待遇低、社会地位低、继续深造和晋升机会少、经常倒班、担心工作出差错、缺乏其他医务人员的理解及尊重、上班护士数量少是主要的工作压力源;不同年龄、职称、工作年限的护士其压力得分差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 各级护理管理者应该重视感染疾病科护士的工作压力问题,并采取各种措施进行减压.

목적 료해감염질병과호사적공작압력수평、압력원급상관인소.방법 채용공작압력원량표대49명감염질병과호사진행조사.결과 본조호사공작압력적평균수평위(72.86±20.81)분,속우중도압력수평;공자급대우저、사회지위저、계속심조화진승궤회소、경상도반、담심공작출차착、결핍기타의무인원적리해급존중、상반호사수량소시주요적공작압력원;불동년령、직칭、공작년한적호사기압력득분차이몰유통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 각급호리관리자응해중시감염질병과호사적공작압력문제,병채취각충조시진행감압.
Objective To investigates the job stressors and correlative factor analysis of nurses in infectious disease department. Methods Job stressors were investigated in 49 nurses of infectious disease department with Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire. Results The total score among the subjects was 72.86± 20.81, which was in high degree. The main job stressors were the low salary and social status of nursing specialty, the little chance of further study and promotion, the worry of making mistake in working, high frequency work in shifts, absence understanding by other medical staffs. There were no distinct difference in different age, length of service and professional title (P > 0.05). Conclusions The job stress was more stressful in nurses of infectious disease department. It should be attached importance to nursing manager, taking effective steps to prevent stress with particular condition.
