目的探讨玻璃体径路无玻切异物摘出术用于术前视力较好、无明显玻璃体浑浊的磁性眼内异物的临床效果.方法选择磁性眼内异物伤后玻璃体浑浊不明显且术前视力较好者为研究对象.12例(12眼)磁性眼内异物患眼术前矫正视力≥0.6,检眼镜下可见异物分别位于玻璃体腔、视网膜表面或嵌顿于视网膜.所有患眼均于伤后第2～6天手术,行导光纤维下磁棒接力法眼内异物摘出术,其中5眼异物嵌顿于视网膜者先行异物周围视网膜光凝再行异物摘出.结果 12例眼内异物均顺利摘出.术后2月时矫正视力均≥0.6,无视网膜脱离或白内障等并发症发生.结论玻璃体径路无玻切异物摘出术前视力较好、无明显玻璃体浑浊的磁性眼内异物是一种安全、可靠、并发症少的手术方法.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of extraction of magnetic intraocular foreign body (IOFB) by vitreous route without vitrectomy for eyes with clear vitreous body and good vision.Methods Traumatic eyes of magnetic IOFB with inapparent vitreous opacity and good vision were recruited in the study.The foreign bodies could be seen in the vitreous,on the surface of the retina or embeded in the retina respectively by the ophthalmoscope.A total of 12 patients ( 12 eyes) with magnetic IOFBs and preoperative corrected visual acuity (VA) ≥0.6 were treated.Under optical fiber,the magnetic IOFBs were extracted by magnetic - blocks relay method within 2 -6 days after the trauma.5 eyes of 12 eyes that the IOFBs had been seen in the retina were treated by laser photocoagulation around the IOFB and extraction the magnetic IOFB later.Results IOFBs in all the 12 cases had been extracted successfully.All eyes got corrected VA of ≥0.6 at 2 months postoperatively,and without complications such as retinal detachment or cataract.Conclusions Extraction of magnetic IOFB by vitreous route without vitrectomy is a safe,reliable and less complication method for those eyes with clear vitreous body and good vision.
