目的 探讨Rap1与胃癌多药耐药的相关性.方法 采用免疫荧光技术和Western blot方法检测胃癌细胞SGC7901、多药耐药胃癌细胞SGC7901/VCR和SGC7901/ADR中Rap1的表这.结果 胃癌细胞SGC7901、多药耐药胃癌细胞SGC7901/VCR和SGC7901/ADR胞核和胞浆均有Rap1阳性染色,多药耐药胃癌细胞中Rap1表达明显高于亲本细胞SGC7901.结论 Rap1与胃癌多药耐药相关.

목적 탐토Rap1여위암다약내약적상관성.방법 채용면역형광기술화Western blot방법검측위암세포SGC7901、다약내약위암세포SGC7901/VCR화SGC7901/ADR중Rap1적표저.결과 위암세포SGC7901、다약내약위암세포SGC7901/VCR화SGC7901/ADR포핵화포장균유Rap1양성염색,다약내약위암세포중Rap1표체명현고우친본세포SGC7901.결론 Rap1여위암다약내약상관.
Objective To investigate the relationship of Rap1 with multidrug resistance in gastric cancer.Methods The expression of Rap1 were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blot in gastric cancer cells SGC7901 and MDR gastric cancer cells SGC7901/VCR and SGC7901/ADR,respectively.Results The expression of Rap1 were observed in both nucleus and cytoplasm in SGC7901 and MDR gastric cancer cells.The expression of Rap1 was higher in MDR gastric cancer cells than that in SGC7901.Conclusions Rap1 is possibly related with multidrug resistance in gastric cancer.
