目的:通过应用sRGB色彩标准对兔耳增生性瘢痕病理切片中胶原纤维蓝染的色值(sRGB色彩标准B值)的对比观察,了解Vbeam染料激光不同周期治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕的疗效差异。方法:采用Vbeam染料激光分别于一周和两周对两组兔耳瘢痕模型进行治疗,并在治疗前和3、5、7、9、11W对瘢痕进行组织取材,标本统一msson染色,数码相机拍摄病理输出图像,Photoshop软件记录胶原纤维的蓝色变量(B值),并进行对比分析。结果;应用sRGB色彩标准完成了两组兔耳瘢痕模型胶原纤维的蓝色变量(B值)的数值统计,结果分析表明一周组和两周组胶原纤维蓝色变量(B值)7W左右达峰值,两组结果无统计学差异。结论:sRGB色彩标准能够间接量化判断瘢痕病理标本中胶原纤维的变化,Vbeam染料激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕在两周治疗一次较为合适。

Objective:Our observe by uscd the sRGB color standard on the rabbit ear-hypertrophic scar biopsy in cases of coUagen fibers stained blue color value (sRGB color standard B value), to understand the Vbeam dye laser treatment different cycles of the rabbit ear hypertrophic scar in different period of variation for collagen fibers. Methods Used the Vbeam dye laser separately carries on the treatment in one week and two weeks to two groups of rabbit ear scar models, and before the treatment and one week, three weeks, five weeks, seven weeks, nine weeks carry on the organization selection to the scar, the specimen unifies Msson to dye, and photography outgoing picture of pathology with digital camera, through the Photoshop software record collagenous fibre' s blue color variable (the B value ), and contrastive analysis. Results Completed two groups of rabbit ear scar models collagenous fibre blue color variable using the sRGB color standard ( the B value ) ot the value statistics, the result analysis had indicated that one week group and two weeks group collagenous fibre blue color variable ( the B value) about eight weeks reached the peak value, and the two groups showed no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The sRGB color standards to quantify scar pathology specimens to determine the changes in the collagen fibers,and Vbeam dye laser treatment of rabbit ear hypertrophic scar treatment once in two weeks is more appropriate.
