慢性荨麻疹属于中医学“瘾疹”的范畴,传统中医认为其与患者先天禀赋不足、脏腑功能失调、外感风湿热邪或饮食生活失调等有关,病因复杂,治疗有难度且易复发.本文通过查阅近年有关本病的理论研究及临床报道,从新学术观点、辨证分型、专方专治、中西结合治疗、针灸治疗、自血疗法、穴位注射治疗等方面进行综述,以帮助提高临床研究及治疗的效果.

Chronic urticaria is classified as ‘addiction rash” in Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine suggests chronic urticaria is associated with congenital deficiency,organ dysfunctiona,exogenous evil with wet and heat or dietary imbalance.This disorder has various causes and is difficult to cure and easy to relapse.By reviewing the theoretical research on this disease and the clinical reports in recent years,we summarize new academic points of view,symptom identification,specific formulae for special disorders,integrated Chinese and Western medicine,acupuncture,self-blood therapy,and acupoint injection therapy to help improve the clinical research level and the efficacy of treatment.
