目的探讨家庭干预对门诊抑郁症患者服药依从性及治疗效果的影响.方法选择60例抑郁症患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例.对照组采用一般的治疗方法,实验组在此基础上加强家庭干预.在患者初次就诊及治疗6个月后评价2组患者的服药依从性,并使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定2组患者的抑郁状况,比较治疗效果.结果实施家庭干预后实验组患者服药依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X2=4.29,P<0.05);实验组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论实施家庭干预对提高门诊抑郁症患者的服药依从性有积极的作用.

Objective We discussed the influence of family intervention on the medication compliance and treatment effect of patients with depression. Methods 60 patients with depression were divided into the test group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine treatment. The test group was given strengthened family intervention based upon routine treatment. The medication compliance was evaluated at the first day of visit and 6 months after treatment. The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used to estimate the depression condition of these patients. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The medication compliance of the test group was better than that of the control group (X2=4.29, P<0.05). The HAMD score of the test group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Family intervention had positive effect on the medication compliance and treatment effect of patients with depression.
