[目的]了解家蚕新品种"金丝一号"的农村饲养状况.[方法]以"金丝一号"为供试家蚕品种,"871×872"为对照,调查龄期经过、死笼率、全茧量、茧层量等各项指标,比较试验品种生产性状的优劣.[结果]"金丝一号"的饲育方法与常规家蚕品种一致,其平均全茧量达到1.840 g,平均茧层量0.376 g,平均茧层率20.45%,张种平均产茧量35.79 kg,其茧质成绩较理想,已接近实用家蚕品种实际生产的产量水平.其张种平均产值达到1 002.12元,经济效益高于常规品种."金丝一号"茧丝颜色为金黄色,不再需要进行人工染色,降低了加工成本.[结论]该研究为进一步掌握"金丝一号"的生产性状和表现奠定了基础.

[Objective]The aim was to know the rural rearing condition of new silkworm variety Jinsi 1. [Method]With Jinsi 1 as tested silkworm variety, silkworm "871×872" as control, each index such as the instar duration, dead worm percent, cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight were investigated and the production trait level of the experimental varieties were compared. [Result]The rearing method of Jinsi 1 was the same as that of the conventional silkworm variety. Its average cocoon weight was 1.840 g, average cocoon shell weight was 0.376 g, average cocoon shell rate was 20.45%, average cocoon production per sheet was 35.79 kg and its cocoon quality performance was more ideal, which was close to the actual yield level of practical silkworm variety. Its average output value per shell reached 1 002.12 yuan and its economic benefit was higher than that of conventional variety. The cocoon filament color of Jinsi 1 was golden, which could not be dyed artificially, so the machining cost was decreased. [Conclusion]The research laid the foundation for further mastery of production trait and performance of Jinsi 1.
