目的 探讨CD55和CD59在健康者的红细胞及中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞上的表达.方法 采用流式细胞技术检测健康体检者外周血红细胞及中性粒细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞膜上CD55和CD59表达的百分率及平均荧光强度.结果 CD55在中性粒细胞及单核细胞上的表达率(99.50±1.987,98.63±1.629)及平均荧光强度(11.14±2.927,13.37±4.127)均高于在淋巴细胞和红细胞上的表达(P<0.01);CD59在红细胞、中性粒细胞及单核细胞上均高表达(大于98.21±1.857)且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在淋巴细胞上的表达及平均荧光强度均低于其他组(P<0.01),CD59在红细胞和中性粒细胞上表达的荧光强度(8.65±1.655,8.595±2.091)高于其他两组(P<0.01).结论 采用流式细胞术检测CD55、CD59表达时应选取中性粒细胞及成熟红细胞作为靶细胞.

Objective To investigate the expression of CD55 and CD59 on erythrocytes,neutrophils,monocytes and lymphocytes of healthy population.Methods The expression of CD55 and CD59 on red blood cells and different leukocytes of healthy persons were detected with flow eytometer.Results The expression of CD55 on neutrophils and monocytes were higher than that on lymphocytes and erythrocytes(P<0.01).And there were no significant differences among the expressions of CD59 on erythrocytes,neutrophils and monocytes(P>0.05).But the expression of CD59 on lymphocytes were lower that that on other cells(P<0.01).Conclusion Neutrophil and erythrocyte is suitable of analysis when CD55 and CD59 are detected.
